Our exotic mix is perfect for getting that restaurant quality "wild foraged" flavor similar to chanterelle. Includes Shiitake, blue oyster, and a mix of rotating oysters with a little bit of lionsmane. A perfect blend for risotto, fettucini, or on top of chicken and steak. Pairs wondefully with our Cabernet Sauvignon.
