FARMSTEAD RED

This wine was the culmination of a great idea to create a continually aged Bordeaux Style  red blend, using the extra wine that wouldn't fill a whole barrel. The continuous aging gives it an incredible complexity, flavor and aroma. Definitely a fan favorite among the locals!

The Wuulf Windmill

Learn about the Historical Wulff windmill located just below our property. When we first moved here, although a different spelling, we as Wolves felt connected to this windmill and the history behind it.

Varietals In The Wine

On our property, we grow Syrah and Cabernet. This blend is great for BBQ or fine meats.
